Eldramoor: Haven in the Mist Ends Kickstarter Run with $171,536
Initial $25,000 goal reached in 90 minutes; Pledge Manager coming soon!
TRUMBULL, Conn. — July 30, 2025 — Resolute Games‘ VR MMORPG Eldramoor: Haven in the Mist ended its successful Kickstarter run with $171,536, greatly surpassing the initial ask and unlocking a number of stretch goals over 30 days—ranging from a bonfire system, guest access to player housing, pet abilities (!) and two new playable species. Beyond crowdfunding, the Kickstarter campaign introduced a fresh new art style to the game, which was immediately embraced by the community.
In the near future, backers will be able to access the Pledge Manager on Kickstarter. They’ll be able to fill out surveys, confirm or upgrade their rewards, and claim Discord roles. A few tiers/pledges will also be available again for a limited time. Stay tuned!

A New (Art) Direction for Eldramoor
The arrival of art director Thomas Pasieka has injected new blood into Eldramoor: Haven in the Mist. With an emphasis on dynamic shape language, more vibrant colors, and a stylized, edgier aesthetic, players will be able to enjoy a more fully-realized Eldramoor with a greater sense of adventure and danger. And, of course, the game’s updated art style is being carefully crafted for VR—balancing beauty, clarity, and technical efficiency. Thomas has more than 20 years of experience in the game industry—with roles at Meta, Unity Technologies, Disney, Nexus Studios and others, where he worked on several large brands and well-known IPs.

VR MMORPG Eldramoor: Haven in the Mist Funded in Under Two Hours on Kickstarter
Original $25,000 funding goal reached AND two stretch goals unlocked!
TRUMBULL, Conn. — June 26, 2025 — Eldramoor: Haven in the Mist debuted on Kickstarter Tuesday, June 24—surpassing the project’s original funding goal in less than two hours. At press time, the game has raised $80,329—which corresponds to the first two stretch goals.
The first stretch goal—$50,000—is the Bonfire System, which is the perfect way to take a break from the action. It allows players to place a temporary fire in the open world—healing and also providing a “rested” buff. Better still, every person that joins the fire improves the buff; even strangers contribute!
The next stretch goal—$70,000—is a full set of Earth and Air abilities. Resolute Games will expand every class in the game to have four full ability sets—nearly doubling the amount of options for players to choose from. Classes are not locked into one element, so players can mix and match freely to take advantage of all four.
The third stretch goal—$85,000—will add a brand new species based on player feedback. (Stay tuned.)

The Story So Far
Eldramoor was born when a ship of refugees—fleeing persecution—was blown off course by a storm and washed ashore on a mysterious island. Exhausted and alone, the travelers established the settlement of Eldramoor in the wild and seemingly abandoned territory they found. Over time, explorers mapped the nearby regions—each shaped by powerful ley lines that influence both terrain and creatures.
A land of blistering heat and rolling dunes, Arinod is home to the competitive, vibrant Sauravi. Fertile with mushrooms as tall as the sky, Zobu brims with colossal flora and fauna as well as the resilient Bunfolk. Both stunningly beautiful and unimaginably dangerous, Glacera’s high peaks weed out all but the toughest adventurers—though the resilient Faunir handle them well enough. A twisted landscape of toxic swamps and warped creatures, Torcia is a nightmare haunted by a terrifying past.

Adventurers can journey through a narrative-driven world or glide and climb around looking for hidden treasures. Combat players can pit their skills against strange and fearsome foes. For those who’d rather stay in town, crafters can show off their creativity and business acumen in a lively, player-driven market, while social players can participate in community activities, relax over a game of darts at the local tavern, or hang out with friends and fish off the docks.

Souza, founder, CEO, and executive designer at Resolute Games. “As someone who wasn’t a traditional gamer, I fell in love with the MMORPG genre that offered competition and a lively community. But over time, the games I loved either stalled or failed. That’s when I decided to take the bull by the horns and build something new—a beautiful and enduring home for the VR community I care so deeply about.”
